Although my career today is rooted in strategic communications, it began somewhere else entirely—in operations. Leading teams, managing businesses, and creating exceptional experiences taught me that great communication isn't just about what you say. It's about how you make people feel. That lesson has shaped every chapter of my career, from executive communications and technical translation to writing, podcasting, and my tarot practice.
