A memoir. A podcast. A conversation about surviving, healing, and seeing the past through new eyes.
Nearly a decade ago, I wrote a memoir about a relationship that changed my life. At the time, I believed the story was over. It wasn't. Time has a way of revealing the scars that keep the stories we tell ourselves alive long after the chapters have ended.
If She Could See Me Now is my chance to sit beside the woman who lived that story, to remind her that scars heal and her story mattered. My hope is that sharing my journey will help someone else better understand their own.
The events in my memoir took place in the mid-2000s. I spent eight years writing the story, and another decade avoiding it. Today, my podcast explores three generations of perspective through excerpts from the book and present-day reflection to demonstrate that our worst moments do not have to define us.
When the Podcast Launches
The podcast is a serialized story, so I recommend beginning with Episode 0. It's where I explain why I wrote the memoir, why I stopped talking about it, and why I'm finally ready to continue the conversation.

If you'd like to experience the story as it was originally written, Loving Adam: Surviving a Lover with Bipolar Disorder is available in paperback and eBook, with signed copies available exclusively through my website.
